Refund policy

14 days, no questions, no friction.

The short version

You have 14 days from the moment your purchase clears to request a full refund, for any reason or no reason at all. Email support@pluginsnacks.com with your order number or the email you used at checkout and we'll refund within two business days.

What happens when you refund

  • The original charge is reversed to your card via Stripe.
  • Your license key is revoked.
  • You agree to delete your local copy of the plugin.

What we ask

We don't require a reason, but if something specific didn't work for you, tell us. We use refund feedback to make the next version better.

Edge cases

Charges older than 14 days.We may still refund at our discretion if there's a clear defect or you couldn't get the plugin working. Reach out.

Disputed charges.If you open a chargeback before contacting us, we can't process the refund directly and will respond to the chargeback. We'd rather just refund you — please email first.

Volume / studio orders. Volume purchases follow a separate written agreement that supersedes this policy.
