End User License Agreement

1. The grant

When you buy a plugin from Plugin Snacks("we", "us"), we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that plugin under the terms below. The license is per user. If a second person needs to use the plugin, they need a second license.

2. What you can do

• Install and activate the plugin on the number of machines allowed by your license tier (your "activation limit"); deactivate a machine to free a seat for another.
• Use the plugin in unlimited commercial and personal projects.
• Receive free updates within the major version line you purchased.
• Keep using the version you bought perpetually; after activation the plugin works offline within a grace period and only needs the internet occasionally to re-validate.

3. What you can't do

• Share, sublicense, sell, or rent the plugin or your license key.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin binaries.
• Bundle the plugin into another product without a written commercial agreement.
• Use the plugin in workflows that violate Adobe's terms or applicable law.

4. License keys & activation

Your purchase includes a license key. To use the plugin without the trial watermark you activate the key, which contacts our licensing provider (Lemon Squeezy) over a secure HTTPS connection and registers an activation against your seat limit. The plugin sends only your license key and a non-reversible, salted hash of a machine identifier — never your footage, projects, or editing activity. The plugin may periodically re-validate online and works offline within a grace period between checks. Keys shared beyond the activation limit, refunded, or charged back may be deactivated. If your key is compromised through no fault of yours, contact support for a replacement.

5. Reseller / merchant of record

Plugins are sold through Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your payment, invoicing, applicable taxes, and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its Buyer Terms. This Agreement, provided by Plugin Snacks (the licensor), governs your right to install and use the software.

6. Ownership

The plugin is licensed, not sold. We retain all intellectual property in the software. The footage you cut with our plugins is, of course, yours.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The plugin is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under this license is capped at the amount you paid for the plugin in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the plugin. The refund policy stays in effect during the refund window regardless of termination.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
